"Every man has his time"

Garry's life was tragically cut short on Saturday morning the 24th of July while out cycling.

He was an energetic man, bounding with ideas and enthusiasm, whose cheeky grin and Yorkshire tones infected everyone he came into contact with.

There was still so much he wanted to accomplish in life - for himself and others.

He encouraged young people to develop their passions and supported worthy causes wherever he could. He never turned anyone away from his door.

And so it is all the more painful that he should be taken from us so soon.

But through the many people he inspired, his legacy will continue.

We may one day learn to live without you Garry, when our pain has eased, but we will never forget you.
